the mayans actually believe this will be a time of change not 100% end. Either we change now to make the world a better place which what the mayans call a new age or we go towards the path of destruction of the environment. Its all in our hands and this date is the time where we must take a good decision for earth. Its not exactly on that time but thats the peak of transition. We can make it better or it can end and start from scratch..we should not keep going the way it is going now.
