Yes…for each of us is a microcosm and a macrocosm of the universe and the elements within in it.
Duality has always been at war with fundamental literal beliefs in Christianity.
It is far easier and more controllable to place the existence of evil outwith the body on supernatural forces.It is also convenient spiritually to keep people from being awake to their own inherent divinity.
What happens on the planet is not evil if it happens in a natural sense however devastating that is to humanity.
Within us on that level of metaphysical mysticism that is linked to our body,mind and spirit there is a continual war going on and evil will triumph if it succeeds to keep humanity asleep in the illusion that there is no ineffable spirit that is us and not us.
The body in which we are trapped is constantly beset by our thoughts which arise in the consciousness of our minds and how we choose to think and live leads us into death or life.
The light and the dark.
The dark negative forces offer us nothing but the continuation of death and despair.
The light positive forces offers us freedom from the bondage of death and a release from despair.
Some choose the dark path willingly.
Their task is to place a veil across the light and illumination.
Armageddon comes as we realise that life is not what we always thought it was when we awaken for the path to wisdom is filled with sorrow and the realisation that many many people are asleep and spiritually doomed.
The final battle is going on and as we come closer to transformation from matter to spirit we feel the forces at work.
People within their thoughts can bring on illness and old age.The heart closes and the energy is trapped and has no outlet.The mind is dull with self-deception or ignorance and fills with the dark energy.The spirit thus is lost.Who knows what happens then.
Non-believers look for tangible proof of a deity which science tells them can not be done.We’re all just evolved apes and when we die that is the end.
Yet religion offers spiritual ennui.
We must become our own saviours in the war within to reach without on the day we are ready.
Armageddon, the final battle between good and evil, always takes place on the inner battlefield inasmuch as the outer is only a reflection of the inner. (Note: Good and evil are merely the convenient designations for presence to or absence from Awareness of our union with Source) This battle is our own struggle with our "self," which is mired in ignorance and forgetfulness of our true nature. And the good news is that the outcome is assured…we are ultimately destined to remember and to overcome that which is self-identified and ego-centric. The physical but mirrors the inner condition.

As Siruis has said, the evil we think that exists in God’s creation doesn’t, People will battle with this illusion in the form of the good not knowing this because the good is a mirror showing them their illusions, but thinking it is outside of them. Joining God in His peace will let us see that the war doesn’t exist either, inside or out.
