Scientific knowledge sometime mislead others to believe there investigation are in fact true. But not too long ago, they decided to un-list Pluto as our 9th Planets. Now we only List 8th in our solar system, and all other planet beyond the Kyper belt are small moon as apart of the Kyper Belt.

@MrStarburst95 NASA did find a planet beyond Pluto in the Kyper Belt, UB313 is large enough to be a planet.

I prefer to remain open-minded myself…this is an absolute possibility.
Belief in god is great to have, people are lucky to believe so blindly in something that is impossible to prove.
Yet most criticise others who choose to look at EVERY possibility, and are in no hurry to come to a definite decision.
I for one welcome all information that comes my way, and as for 2012…i think it may be a new beginning, not the end of the world.
@kalasnikov47 actually a little less than 3 years. dec 12 2012… december is the final month of the year, so really it will be a couple weeks before 2013.

what a bunch of bs. The Maya calendar was made way after the bible. Jesus says in the bible – “You will hear rumors about war, but the world will never end.” Also states – “Only God knows when the world will end.”
So what do you believe? Jesus Christ or some made up Maya Calender?
@bByxtcee the mayan civilization was around from 2000 BC to 250 ad. So they were around way before the new testament was written. Remeber the NT was written in the 2nd century.
also your two quotes contradict themselves.
First he says the world will NEVER end, and then he say only god knows when it will end, which is it?

The Jesus Christ story has less to back it up in the way of scientific proof then the Mayan Calender. Actually the mayan calender and what they were able to decipher was 1000s of years ahead of its time. Very little scientific fact to back up the NT
I bet anything that noting special will happen on this day, in terms of planet X, nobody has ever seen this planet and if its only 3 years away from us surly astronomers would have spotted it, one might say “it’s hiding behind the sun” well they would have spotted it before it hid there. In terms of the bible it is written “the last day will come by surprise, nobody knows when this day will come, not the angels nor the son, only the father” so I’m sure God wouldnt make it so easy to find out.
the bible is a copy from the egypcio book of the dead. nothing in the bible is backed up by archeologist/historians.
We will have to prepare ourselves for 2 events, the first is Nibiru witch will be here in 2012 and then the death star NEMISIS in 2050.
