Why is this Doomsday date getting more attention than the other ones? What evidence is there to suggest that the world is going to end or even begin to end?
Also, why do some Christians believe that this day is going to end , the Bible does mention the end of the world , but it never gives a date , it never even mentions the year 2012 at all?

I have heard quite a lot about this lately, and as a christian, I think it is ridiculous. Doesn’t the bible clearly state in Mark 13 that noone will no the hour of the second coming? Not even the angels or the Son himself? If Jesus doesnt know, then why on earth would the mayans know? I ask this because I have heard some christians talk about 2012.

i have some qustions about armageddon…….
i always hear this when i read predictions and ideas about armageddon: that there is just going to be a war. i heard the bible says that armageddon and the anti christ is more then that.the anti christ will initially create world peace and get people to follow him. then he will let his terror out. There must also be a 7 year peace treaty. i also i heard someone tell me that the number 666 was in fact wrong that the real number is 656. How do u think it will all play out?
