we are being prohibited from evolving. The corporations completely control everything, to continue to evolve, would mean creating global peace. It would mean new inventions, many of these new inventions (which could have changed the whole world for the better) have been prevented by the corporations. Society as a whole is being controlled and manipulated. Isnt it funny how the banks managed to practically steal over 700 billion dollars? and also how many people who actually fall for Fox news?
In any wave there is a base, a curl and a crest. The fundamental underlying principle is the transmission of energy by the waveform. Knowing this allows us to take advantage of the situation and get to where we are going.
Evolution is the process of change that results in the further organisation of our essence (against the general trend of entropy).

I am working on this very topic (not the Mayan calendar per se), a transformation of consciousness is what we need. But I can’t answer all of the questions alone. The Mayan legacy remains and endures. Such is the strength and the depth of their heritage that it’s presence can be both felt and applied depending upon need and ability. While I may not either need or have access to some or even many parts of this rich tapestry, I take with me the knowledge that what I have gleaned and gained from my experiences there has and will likely continue to serve me well as I continue along my path.

I read somewhere that the Mayans believe there will just be a revelation to mankind in 2012 because the word apocalyspe actually means “lifting of the veil” or “revelation” but has come to mean the end of the world.
